Group Therapy

Group therapy is a service in which a therapist leads a small group of people through therapeutic activities to support a common goal. Typically, groups consist of 3 to 8 members who meet once a week for 30-60 minutes- depending on the program. 

Drumming Empowerment

Saturdays – Ages 18+ 

This neurodiverse-friendly music therapy group uses instrument play, games, mindfulness activities, and more to increase confidence, self-expression, and social skills. No prior music experience or skill required!

Movement to Music

Saturdays – Ages 10-17

This group is designed to utilize movement as a means to promote balance, coordination, and motor skills while also practicing social skills and emotional regulation. Activities include exercise moves to music, creative movement, social games, and more!

Fostering Friendship

Mondays – Ages 11-17 

A brand new support group designed for young people in foster care. This group aims to help participants build friendships and coping skills through fun and therapeutic music and recreational activities!

Life Skills

Thursdays – Ages 11-17; Tuesdays – Ages 18+

These classes are designed to teach important practical skills such as cooking, organization, personal hygiene, nutrition, safety, and more to promote independence- All while learning with friends to build relationships and social skills!

My Little Love & Me

Saturdays – Ages 0-4 

This group is an interactive music class for young children with their caregivers. Singing, movement, instrument play, and singable stories are used to promote developmental skills and build the relationship between you and your child. Come sing and play with us!
