Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions

- Stay current with mental health research and best practices to inform therapeutic approaches.
- Free individual and group supervision provided, total of 4 supervisions per month.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of therapists in their daily practices and client interactions
- Provide individual and group supervision for LAPC therapists and other team members
- Ensure that all client assessments, treatment plans, and documentation meet regulatory and ethical standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to clients
- Monitor caseloads and provide guidance on complex cases to ensure effective interventions are carried out
- Facilitate team meetings and case consultations to promote a supportive and communicative work environment
- Up to 10 hours per week split between office and home
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical counseling experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Eligibility and credentials to supervise LAPC therapists
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with providers and clients
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide guidance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Organization and attention to detail will play a strong role in your ability to maximize the number of students that you can see daily.
